Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms of use and policies set forth on this page. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these terms whenever you visit our site.
HASSLE-FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At WigSalon.com, there are now no return or restocking fees on eligible orders returned for store credit or refund. However, please try your wigs on with the tags left on. Removal of tags voids warranty.
NOTIFY WIGSALON ON INTENT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
First, within 5 days of receipt of you package, email us at [email protected] to notify us of your issue. Alternatively, you can text us at 888-TEXT-WIG (839-8944) and state your name and the wig you want to send back. We will issue you an RA#. You may also call in during business hours: 888 721 WIGS (9447).

Note: You are responsible for the package getting to us. Once it tracks by a reliable carrier as delivered, we will consider it as delivered. Please retain your track number. You may also notify us of that track number by emailing is at [email protected].
We will accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 5 days after you receive your product(s).
When returning your item, you may choose from these options:
- Store Credit - Makes your next purchase easy. A full credit will appear in your account when you log in within 3 days of its receipt.
- Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your original payment method – less any unpaid or free shipping costs associated with your order. No restock fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. You will get an emailed notification from WigSalon when credited. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
Please note: Fee-free returns authorizations are issued if requested within 5 days from the date you receive your products. Any requests after 5 days are subject to a 20% fee if deemed acceptable. WigSalon retains the sole discretion to accept or reject a return or exchange request made outside of the 5-day free window.

Products Eligible for Return:
- In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
- Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of package.
Ineligible Products:
- Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
- Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, price-matched and last call items.
- Wig care products, liquids and accessories.
- Costume and fantasy wigs.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Flat–Fee Shipping
We offer 5 shipping options, plus FREE Shipping for US Orders over $50 (except when using sale coupons).
- US Ground First-Class Mail takes 7–9 business days: $6.95*
- US Air Priority Mail takes 3–6 business days: $9.95
- US Express shipping takes 2–3 business days: 39.95
- Canada Air shipping takes 5–14 business days: $29.95
- International shipping* takes 8–14 business days: $49.95
Note: US Air shipping is the required minimal option for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
*Wigsalon.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages (including Canada) will only be refunded 60% of the total order amount when the order tracks as returned to us.
Signature Required on Large Orders
While WigSalon.com requires a signature for clients to accept shipments/orders over $500, clients can have that waived through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature because if the package is lost you have waived all UPS or WigSalon liability. UPS cannot even do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package if signature is waived.
Additional Shipping Charges
For shipments returned to WigSalon.com due to bad address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $25 fee automatically charged on USA orders. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email [email protected].

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders may take between 1-5 business days to process before shipping out. After orders are placed in our system, if you would like to make any changes to your order, please call our Hair Experts at 1-888-721-WIGS(9447), email [email protected] or text 888-TEXT-WIG. Our staff is available during our business hours of 9:30am - 4:30pm (Pacific Time) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Emailing and texting after business hours is fine, as we will get those messages as soon as business hours resume. In some cases, we may respond to emails and texts after business hours as our staff often look into emails and texts after hours.
Note: Once your order’s status is shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
In December 2021, we installed a livestock management system. Stock is updated from Wig maker's inventory sheets weekly.WigSalon cannot be responsible for wig makers stock. On rare occasions, wigs we show
may not be in stock andyou will get notifications via email should that occur. Sale wigs are manuallyremoved from stock manually by our staff andthere may be some delay for their status showing in real time.
RISK OF LOSS
Title to the items purchased and therefore the risk of loss pass to you when the carrier provides tracking that the package is delivered. No signatures will be required unless requested by you by email to [email protected], or unless we deem it as important to protect our interests.
ORDER TRACKING
For the most efficient service, please register an account with us!
Go to www.wigsalon.com. If you are using your phone or tablet, click on the ‘Account’ button located top right. If you using a desktop or laptop, click on the ‘Account’ button located top right. Follow the login prompts by entering your email and password. Once you’ve logged into your account, under the ‘Order History’ section - click on the Order you are wanting to track. If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be added under the product information.
Once your order has shipped, you will also receive email updates from UPS or USPS with shipping and tracking information to the email address you used to place your order.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product listing or pricing is subject to correction.
DATA SECURITY
To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is designed to use 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24/7 by Sucuri.net to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for safe shopping.
Privacy Policy
www.wigsalon.com respects and protects the privacy of our clients. For your privacy protection, all packages will ship from Paris Boutique. The word “wigs” will not appear on your package.
Email Newsletter: In an effort to keep our clients informed, WigSalon.com periodically sends out new wig notifications and special discounts via email. At any time, you may unsubscribe to our email notices by clicking the Unsubscribe Link at the bottom of our emails or by sending an unsubscribe email request to [email protected].
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, web browser, IP address and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse our site, we collect information about pages and products you view, as well as what websites or search terms referred you to our site.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our site, we collect information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. Credit card numbers are not auto-stored in our system except for the last four digits for identification.

By entering your phone number and you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages do not exceed two per month. You can unsubscribe from further text messages by replying STOP.
We attempt to display the products featured on our site as accurately as possible. In most cases they are the licensed images of the wig makers. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of merchandise color, texture or detail will be accurate. On occasion, our site may contain incomplete information, typographical errors, or inaccuracies as to description, pricing, promotions, sizing, fabrication, color or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice (including after your order has been placed).
PRICES
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. WigSalon has been online since 1996. Errors are rare, but we cannot be responsible for typos, glitches, input errors, out of stock wigs, or site function errors.
PRICEMATCH AND COUPON GUARANTEE
If you find any item we carry at a lower price on a competitor's website, WigSalon.com will match the competitor’s price.
- The competitor must be an authorized US internet retailer advertising the identical product online.
- The product must be advertised on the competitor’s website.
- Since wigsalon.com only sells unopened items, we will not match competitors’ free offers, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers.
- Price matching can be completed by our Hair Experts before you purchase or within five (5) days of your purchase.

MISUSE OF SITE
WigSalon.com reserves the right to place customer accounts on hold or block customers due to misusing our terms of use.
