Restock fees can be waived if you exchange. A minimum $10.00 restocking fee per wig on most returns requesting a card refund. In the event of multiple returns a restocking fee of 10% of total price will be deducted.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable of course. Store credit only on clearance wigs. Exchanges are final. We are here to help you get wigs that fit you properly. If you receive a wig that does not work for you, we suggest you email a photo of yourself to [email protected] OR text a photo to 888 TEXT-WIG. We can help you select properly if we can see a pic. Human Hair and monofilament wigs returned without a request to exchange incur restock and restyle fees of minimum $20. WigSalon has more experience with helping clients that any other wig site. We have been online since 1996 and wigs has been our family business since 1996. We look forward to helping you get the perfect style and color, especially if you missed the first time. Thank You! 

NOTIFY WIGSALON ON INTENT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

First, within 5 days of receipt of you package, email us at [email protected] to notify us of your issue. Alternatively, you can text us at 888-TEXT-WIG (839-8944) and state your name and the wig you want to send back. We will issue you an RA# and instructions for your return. You may also call in during business hours: 800-262-8437.

Note: You are responsible for the package getting to us. Once it tracks by a reliable carrier as delivered, we will consider it as delivered. Please retain your tracking number. You may also notify us of your tracking number by emailing us at [email protected]

We will accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 5 days after you receive your product(s).

When returning your item, you may choose from these options:

  • Store Credit - Makes your next purchase easy.  Store credits do not expire. When using a store credit please place your order with a customer service agent.
  • Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your original payment method – less all shipping costs associated with your order. $10 restock fee per wig will be charged. Multiple returns may incur a 10% restocking fee from wig purchase total.
  • Exclusions - A 10% restocking fee will always be incurred on Ellen Wille Wigs returned for refund. Restocking fee will be waived for exchanges. All Human Hair wigs will will incur a $25.00 restocking fee on refunds. If opting for store credit this fee will be waived.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from receiving your return. You will get an emailed notification from WigSalon when credited. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

Please note: Fee-free returns authorizations are issued if requested within 5 days from the date you receive your products. Any requests after 5 days are subject to a 20% fee if deemed acceptable. WigSalon retains the sole discretion to accept or reject a return or exchange request made outside of the 5-day free window. 

Additional charges will be calculated for international, priority or express mail. Please inquire during exchange process whenever applicable.

Products Eligible for Return:

  • In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of package.
  • Clearance/Sale wigs are exchange only. A store credit will be issued once returned. To use a store credit please speak to a customer service agent to place your new order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, price-matched and last call items.
  • Wig care products, liquids and accessories.
  • Costume and fantasy wigs.
  • All items purchased in our Manhattan Beach Salon are final sale (not valid for return, store credit, or exchange).
  • Items that are special ordered (in Salon) must be picked up within 14 days (10 business days).  Ordered items are eligible for store credit minus a $10 to 10% restock fee if not taken within 14 day timeline. Once special orders are picked up they are not valid for return, store credit, or exchange.
